FAQ+

How do we prepare for a family photo session?

Preparing for a family photo session is easy! Make sure everyone is well-rested and fed. Bring along any items that might comfort your children, like their favorite toy or snack. We’ll discuss your preferences and ideas beforehand to ensure the session goes smoothly and feels relaxed.

Can we include extended family members in our session?

Absolutely! Including extended family members can add wonderful dynamics to your photos. Just let me know in advance so we can plan accordingly and ensure we have enough time to capture everyone together.

What should we wear for the photoshoot?

Wear outfits that make you feel comfortable and reflect your family’s style. Soft, neutral colors tend to photograph well and allow the focus to be on your family’s interactions. Avoid busy patterns and logos. I’m happy to offer more specific wardrobe advice during our consultation.

What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?

It really depends on what you want to capture.

Some mothers want to capture those little details and marks that babies are born in the fresh 48hrs, some other ones would love to capture the story of the portal from her bodies to bring a new human to this world, while some other ones would love to have printed portraits of the new borns. (Usually the perfect time to have that sleepy pose the session needs to happen up to 3 weeks after birth.
